This is our splendid new venue where we shall be starting classes in April. The two Wednesday schools’ groups will be the first to ride there and the plan is for adults to follow on from the second school lesson.
The children all met Dorena and Danielle from East View on the last session before the half term break and were all enthusiastic about the move. We will run a training day and familiarisation session for our volunteers on April 2nd, a similar session to introduce the riders on April 9th then riding will commence on Wednesday 16th April. Meanwhile, the horses have all been assessed for their suitability for RDA work and weight measured (to ensure they are given suitable riders) with help from yard manager Katie. Sylvester will move to his new home after his last lesson at Acrecliffe on 19th April. We are very grateful to Anne Everall for offering to undertake Sylvester’s transport for us.
